MICROMET
offers all the features of a full-size laboratory microscope in a compact and light weight package. It is ideal for various testing, inspection and studying activities within the factory, laboratory, school and in the field. The microscope is truly portable, it incorporates a self-contained bright field illuminator powered by the battery.

A unique feature which sets MICROMET apart from the other microscopes is that it can be easily set up as an upright or inverted microscope. The 160 mm tube length and brightfield long working distance objectives assure high image quality in either configuration.

Designed to withstand the rigors of any environment, this microscope incorporates the in-line objective dovetail slide for change of magnification. The wide field eyepiece has a mounting provision for a measuring scale. The illuminator is powered by two “AA” size batteries, has the sliding ground glass, on-off switch.

A number of accessories is available to make the MICROMET a more productive tool. It can be out fitted with a Digital Camera or a CCD Camera with optional wireless output to a remote Video monitor. The Digi-Mic Digital Camera Microscope Adapter allows to attach any Digital Camera with the filter thread to the MICROMET tube. The Video Microscope Adapter (MVA) can be provided with 0.3x, 0.5x and 0.67x magnifications for different CCD sizes.
